Positions Available

We are currently seeking a Graduate Planner and Executive/Senior Planner.

Both positions will involve working on a wide range of projects, preparing planning applications and appeals within set deadlines, preparing development plan submissions, planning reviews and assessments, attending project meetings with clients and design teams.

The Graduate Planner will work as part of a project team and will support and report to senior staff, providing valuable inputs to planning projects from inception to completion.

The Executive/Senior Role will also lead planning projects and will be a main contact for clients, design teams and planning authorities.

 

Requirements

The successful candidates must:

  1. Have an IPI and/or RTPI accredited Degree and/or Masters.
  2. Applicants for the Executive/Senior should ideally have a minimum 3 years post-graduate planning experience in Ireland or UK.
  1. Be well organised, have attention to detail, strong planning report writing, presentation, communication and analytical skills.
  2. Good understanding of the Irish Planning System.
  3. Competency in MS office Apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint etc.)
