Please note: At its 30 June 2023 meeting, the Institute’s Council resolved to review the processes of the Institute’s 2010 Code of Ethics & Professional Conduct from an operational perspective. Pending the completion of the review, the Institute is pausing the processing of all current live complaints, and any new complaints received in the interim will not be progressed until after the 2023 AGM. Any proposed changes to the code of conduct arising from the review will be brought to the December 2023 AGM for approval by the Members.
