Graduate Planner & Executive Planner Positions – RW Nowlan & Associates

RW Nowlan & Associates, Chartered Town Planning Consultants is an established Planning Practice located in Fitzwilliam Square Dublin 2 . We currently are seeking 2 roles –  a Graduate Planner and an Executive Planner who will work on a wide range of project types throughout Ireland and also be part of our team.

Both positions will involve working on a wide range of planning and development projects, preparing planning application and planning appeals, development plan submissions, planning reviews and assessments, attend meetings with clients off site, be part of a project design team internally, and support senior planners in the office.

The successful candidates must have:

• A degree or Masters accredited by the IPI and/or RTPI;
• Good report writing and problem-solving skills;
• Attention to detail and good knowledge of the Irish planning system;
• Strong IT competency and analytical skills;
• Ability to analyse planning policy and make recommendations to both clients and at internal meetings;
• Excellent presentation and communications skills;
• Highly motivated with a positive, can do attitude that will work with a team on individual planning tasks;
• Full Driving Licence
