Raffaele Cattaneo, President of the Commission for Commission for Territorial Cohesion Policy and EU Budget has on the agenda of the COTER meeting of 4 July 2016 the presentation of The European Charter on Participatory Democracy in Spatial Planning Processes proposed by the ECTP-CEU.

The ECTP-CEU Secretariat is at the disposal of elected officials wishing to sign this Charter to organize with them a ceremony in their territory.

The same day, July 4, 2016, The XIth European Urban and Regional Planning Awards will be presented by Mr. Raffaele Cattaneo and Mrs. Hella Dunger-Löper, Plenipotentiary of the Land of Berlin and member of the Jury of the European Urban and Regional Planning Awards. (see program)
