TOWN PLANNING CONSULTANT (FULL and PART-TIME) – LIMERICK

Requirements:
» Hold a recognised qualification in Planning
» Hold membership of the MIPI and / or MRTPI
» Have 2 – 5 years’ experience
» Sound knowledge of Irish planning system and legislation
» Excellent analytical, writing and communications skills, with a flair for presentation desirable
» Experience in the preparation / management of large planning applications and EIAR’s
» Commercially astute and process driven, with a focus on achieving result
» Strong time management, organisational, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
» High level of self-motivation and ability to work well as part of a team to meet project objective
» Contribute to the creation of new opportunities

 

If interested in a part-time position, the minimum contribution expected is 3 days per week.
