We are currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Planning Consultant to join our Dublin office. The successful candidate will be based in our Dublin office, with flexible hybrid working options available. Key Attributes: Educational Background: Level 8 or Level 9 qualification in Planning & Sustainable Development. Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably within private practice or a development-led organisation, with demonstrable involvement in planning, environmental assessment, or project delivery. Expertise: In-depth understanding of planning and environmental legislation, with the ability to interpret and apply regulatory frameworks to complex projects. Strong written communication skills, including the preparation of clear, accurate, and persuasive reports, submissions, and correspondence. Problem-Solving: We are a solutions-focused practice that values initiative and analytical thinking. When challenges arise, we expect our team members to approach them with curiosity, rigour, and creativity identifying the issue, analysing it clearly, and contributing practical, well-considered solutions. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, planning authorities, stakeholders, and local communities.
