There are a number of opportunities to join our town planning team for ambitious candidates wishing to developer their career in a supportive working environment.  We work across a wide range of projects types for both private and public clients, including the following; urban regeneration, schools, residential, retail, nursing homes, offices, mixed use, hospitals, hotels and provide advice and guidance to our clients across a range of other areas of the planning system, including Plan preparation, Section 5 References, RZLT as well as dealing with the emerging further changes to our planning system that are a constant in the industry.  Our planning team get experience across the entire breadth of our projects.  We have a strong CPD ethos in the firm.

We have an excellent track record of delivering planning permissions for significant award winning developments and have involvement in a wide range of application processes, including SID, SDZ, SHD, LRD, Section 175, Part 8, Part X, Section 42 and Section 5, for example.

Assistant Planner

The successful applicants will have at least 2 years experience be IPI and/or RTPI accredited, be highly motivated, organised, and have the ability to deliver projects to deadlines, whilst working in a dynamic environment; both as part of a team and on their own initiative.  Experience of managing junior colleagues would be of benefit also, but not essential. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Planning Consultant

The successful applicants will have at least 1 years experience be IPI and/or RTPI accredited, be highly motivated, organised, and have the ability to deliver projects to deadlines, whilst working in a dynamic environment; both as part of a team and on their own initiative.  Excellent communication skills are also essential.

Graduate Planner

The successful applicants will have completed an IPI and/or RTPI accredited course, be highly motivated, organised, and be able to demonstrate they have delivered projects to deadlines, whilst working in a dynamic environment; both as part of a team and on their own initiative.  Excellent communication skills are also essential.
