The successful candidate will have a proven ability to work within planning and design teams, and be able to demonstrate professional determination and willingness to grow, quality of workmanship and management skills. The role will involve working across wide range of sectors including large scale residential, commercial, and retail development, town regeneration projects, tourism, master planning, infrastructure planning, and environmental planning. The position is full time based in our Dublin office in Ranelagh, Dublin 6. Key Requirements: 7+ years post-graduate work experience A recognised (accredited) degree/qualification in Planning and Membership of IPI and/or RTPI, or recognised equivalent Extensive experience and understanding of planning and environmental legislation Experience of providing strategic planning advice in project direction or forward planning related projects Experience of working in a range of market sectors, with a specific focus on large scale residential developments in the Greater Dublin Area, for public and private clients. Experience of development planning, feasibility analysis, environmental planning, and lodgement of planning applications, appeals and submissions. Experience in engaging directly with and managing client requirements. Experience in managing multi-disciplinary project teams across a wide range and scales of projects and be able to demonstrate good organisational skills Excellent communication, report writing, presentational & organisational skills Proficiency in relevant software including MS office, GIS, Adobe Creative Suite Self-motivation, attention to detail and commitment to high-quality delivery Capability to respond to tight reporting requirements, deadlines, and internal reporting arrangements Strong inter-personal skills with ability to work as part of a wider in-house inter-disciplinary team Salary Negotiable – commensurate with skills and experience Further information on the position can be found at: View the Role Please forward concise CV to: [email protected], quoting reference SnrPl.June26
