Join us for an engaging online law conference where expert speakers will explore recent developments in planning legislation and case law offering valuable insights into how these are shaping professional practice. Topics which will be addressed include the Critical Infrastructure Bill, Case Law Update including Rogers v An Coimisiún Pleanála and Anor, Walsh v an Bord Pleanála and Anor, Advocate General opinion on site-specific conservation objectives (SSCOs), recent telecommunication mast cases including relating to EIA classes of projects and also public notices.
